Nolan and Branden have been great. They came as soon as possible when we first called. They were very thorough in checking how much possible damage there was. They walked us through what might be needed to repair and recommended how to start to minimize the damage. Any questions we have had they answered or directed us where to find the answer. They have been respectful, friendly and never tried to push the company. Their actions and help have shown the quality of the company as well as themselves.

Highly recommend Precision Restoration. Their team arrived quickly after my call, assessed the damage thoroughly, and explained every step of the restoration process in a clear, professional way. They worked efficiently, keeping me updated through the process, removed all moisture and damaged flooring caused by the water leak we had with our pipes. What stood out most was their communication and attention to detail. James (the technician) was courteous, knowledgeable, and clearly cared about getting my home back to normal. They worked around my schedule and submitted everything into insurance promptly. You can tell they care about the quality of their work and will do it right the first time around.

Both Nolan and James were punctual and professional on Wed. Nolan showed up promptly on Thurs and went right to work. Needless to say I was quite concerned about the damage to our home. Nolan did a great job of informing me what he was doing throughout the day. Nolan gave good informative professional responses to my questions. A person like Nolan is a valuable asset to your company. Thanks John J Kowalski

Nolan, Branden and James, have been amazing with working with us from the latest storm which backed up our sewer. Not only were they very professional, they have been so empathetic towards us, for this is just devastating for us. They cleaned everything up, pulled out all the bad sheet rock, packed up and are storing our items till they can dry everything out and will replace everything that they had to pull from our walls. They are working with our ins company and are making this so much less stressful for us. We have a while to go yet, but they have yet to let us down. They are some very great hard workers. I highly recommend!
