Update on my google review…because apparently this is what escalated any resolution on my account which is incredibly disappointing. No… this is not resolved Mr. Owner Guy. You had a manager call me and tell me that due to the “credit” your company is issuing me, exceeds what has been charged to my card I now have to wait for a check but they have to connect with the business office to write the check. You don’t get to change and edit your response because you think your staff have made amends. They haven’t. Your company is lacking is so many ways. You have major problems in how your customers are able to access basic information. You. Not a representative for your company can call me for how you can do better as a company. I dare you. My number is easily available.
Over 2 months waiting for a refund from a mistake the company made is not acceptable.
