Don't listen to the haters... this is a great fabrication company with many contractors coming back for their product because they do it the best especially with the 3 step checking system. I was a welder here and loved every minute of it to be honest. If you're looking for a career that will last you a lifetime this is the place for you. As of recent they have updated equipment such as welders and hoists. They are very easy going and very understanding of family issues and life. And as of right now the best part is having one of the owners (Ben) of the company being on the shop floor with you from the start of the day to the end, grinding, welding, and fitting just like any other person on the floor.
