From Marine to Mission-Driven Entrepreneur
I’m Lucas, the founder of Share a Biz, and my journey here has been anything but conventional. As a Marine infantryman, I served two combat deployments in Iraq, and through years of nonprofit work in various third-world countries, I’ve seen how hard work and resilience can create meaningful change. But even the hardest workers, without access to resources and education, are often trapped in cycles of poverty—cycles that can lead to devastating outcomes such as human trafficking, drug smuggling, and even terrorism. Our mission is to break this cycle for as many people as we can.
Growing up, I didn’t have much—at one point, my family even lived in a tent. It was a humbling experience, but it was nothing compared to the extreme poverty, injustice, and corruption I witnessed around the world. These experiences ignited a desire to make a real difference, and I realized we only have a few short years on this earth to create meaningful change.
That’s why my family and I are on a mission to build something bigger than just a business—a platform that empowers people everywhere to earn, grow, and take control of their future. Share a Biz isn’t just about shopping; it’s about helping everyday people create opportunities, build wealth, and give back to their communities in a meaningful way that drives real, measurable change! The Birth of Share a Biz
I initially pursued a degree in Environmental Science because of my love for the outdoors. But I soon realized that making a lasting impact requires resources—and that led me to explore business. Over the years, I tried just about everything:

Each venture taught me valuable lessons, but the more I traveled and witnessed the harsh realities of poverty and the struggles people face around the world, the more I felt driven to create something bigger—something that could truly make a difference. This was the genesis of Share a Biz—an innovative platform that merges e-commerce, affiliate marketing, and multi-level marketing into one powerful system that rewards the very people who help it grow—customers and local businesses.

Why It Matters

India is also close to my heart. After witnessing the social injustice of the caste system during my travels, I launched Share a Biz in India, both online and offline. My hope is to level the playing field and give people a chance to succeed regardless of their background.
Work in Nepal
In Nepal, the mountainous terrain often requires us to travel by foot, but that doesn’t stop us from teaching and providing resources for small goat businesses, conducting trainings, and delivering aid for earthquakes and other natural disasters.
Work in Pakistan
In Pakistan, we’ve provided relief for those facing persecution, poverty, and natural disasters. The top-left shows homes burned in attacks, the bottom-left highlights devastating floods, and on the right, a well we dug to provide clean water to a struggling community.
Work in India
In India, we’ve launched various initiatives to help people break free from poverty, including starting businesses, savings groups, and training programs. We’ve also built and started a school, provided medical relief, and established a physical Share a Biz store alongside our online business to create lasting opportunities for communities in need.
Work in Bangladesh
In Bangladesh, we regularly provide relief after natural disasters, such as severe cyclones, by delivering food and rebuilding homes. We also empower communities by helping them start small businesses, like sewing shops and goat farms, offering families a path out of poverty and toward stability.
Work in Indonesia
In Indonesia, we’ve launched a range of business initiatives to empower the poor, including goat and sheep farms, as well as a boat taxi that doubles as a business and humanitarian aid tool. Additionally, we’ve created programs for the blind, providing audio devices to improve their quality of life.
