4. ACCOUNT TERMINATION

  • You may also terminate your account at any time by providing written notice to Share a Biz.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota. Legal disputes must be resolved in Minneapolis, Minnesota unless otherwise required by law.

10. DISPUTE RESOLUTION & ARBITRATION

Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in Minneapolis, Minnesota, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA).

  • No class action lawsuits: Disputes must be resolved on an individual basis.
  • Limited legal action: Users retain the right to pursue claims in small claims court in their own jurisdiction.

11. EARNINGS DISCLOSURE

You can earn rewards through Share a Biz in the following ways:

3%+ cashback on all personal purchases.
$3 sign-up bonus after making your first purchase.
Multi-level referral commissions on completed purchases:

  • Tier 1: 1.5% cashback.
  • Tier 2: 1% cashback.
  • Tier 3: 0.5% cashback.
  • Tier 4: 0.25% cashback.
  • Tier 5: 0.25% cashback.

Important Notes:

🔹 Referral commissions are earned only when purchases are completed, not on sign-ups alone.
🔹 Cashback and referral percentages may vary by product or category.
🔹 No hidden fees or membership costs. You can participate and earn at zero cost.
🔹 This is NOT an MLM. Share a Biz operates a straightforward referral program with multi-level commissions, without requiring recruitment, subscriptions, or mandatory purchases.

12. ANTI-SPAM POLICY

You may not engage in spam-related activities such as:

  • Sending unsolicited messages, links, or coupons.
  • Misrepresenting Share a Biz or its merchants in marketing materials.

Violation of this policy may result in:

  • Termination of your account and forfeiture of earnings.
  • Legal action from Share a Biz or affiliated merchants.

13. AFFILIATE PAYOUTS

  • Minimum balance for payouts: $50.
  • Share a Biz reserves the right to adjust payout thresholds for marketing or operational reasons.

14. PUBLIC ADVERTISING RESTRICTIONS

Affiliates may promote Share a Biz only through approved channels.

  • Prohibited marketing methods: unsolicited emails, misleading promotions, or unapproved advertising.
  • If you wish to use paid ads or large-scale promotions, submit your proposal for approval at contact@shareabiz.com.

15. UNETHICAL BUSINESS PRACTICES

We reserve the right to terminate agreements with affiliates or businesses engaged in:

  • Fraudulent sales tracking or data manipulation.
  • Unethical business practices or misleading marketing.
  • Illegal activities under applicable laws.

If violations occur, we may:

  • Block access to the Platform.
  • Revoke pending commissions.
  • Take legal action.

16. SALE DISPUTES & TRANSACTION VERIFICATION

If a dispute arises regarding a sale or commission, Share a Biz reserves the right to:

  • Request transaction records from customers and affiliates.
  • Conduct independent verification before approving payments.

All parties must remain civil and cooperative to facilitate resolution.

17. FORCE MAJEURE

Share a Biz is not liable for service disruptions caused by:

  • Natural disasters, acts of war, or pandemics.
  • System failures beyond our control.
  • Legal or governmental restrictions affecting operations.

18. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms of Use constitute the entire agreement between you and Share a Biz. They supersede all prior agreements related to your use of the Platform.
